- First you have to enable Siri: Settings > Siri > Toggle Siri ON.
- Now navigate to Settings and select Touch ID & Passcode or “Passcode”.
- Enter your passcode. Create a new if you don’t have any.
- Tap the “Voice Dial” to turn off voice dialing.
- Now Once you turn off Siri in Settings > Siri, Voice Control will be back to previous state.
